Berlin · digital and media artist
Images, systems, situations.
I work with digital media, interactive installations, artistic research and experiments that do not fit neatly inside conventional software development. The same practice moves into clubs, classrooms, workshops and conversations with people and teams.

Digital media, interactive installations, photography, music and performance in clubs.
Artistic research and working prototypes that test how emerging technologies change everyday life.
Learning spaces where people build with new tools, compare methods and develop their own practice.
Consulting, coaching, one-to-one work and collaboration with teams around products, attention and change.
These chapters overlap. Together they form a long-running inquiry into media, tools, people and the forms that connect them.
2001—2010
Gleb launched his first internet project, Experiment.ru, in 2001. He later became the initiator and first editor-in-chief of Theory and Practice in Saint Petersburg, building the editorial team and organising around twenty events.
2010—2018
He ran Raum7, a consultancy working across UX and design; co-founded the neighbourhood network Lokolo; worked on services for Russian Post at Tsentsiper; and later led content at Ostrovok.ru.
2016—2020
Gleb served as curator of the Moscow Global Shapers hub and as product director at OZON.travel. Alongside product work, his interest in attention, behaviour and group learning became an increasingly public part of his practice.
2020—now
Based in Berlin, he works independently across AI, mental-health technology, artistic experimentation, consulting and education. His current laboratories bring people together to build personal systems and new ways of working with AI.
Work, performance, teaching, friendship and the ordinary rooms where ideas became projects.
Conferences, classrooms, broadcasts and the shared spaces where projects meet other people.
Portraits, domestic rooms and quieter moments away from the formal biography.
Artwork, gatherings and the physical situations around creative work.
Photography, performance and experiments with presence in front of an audience or lens.
Gleb completed Sergey Maksimishin’s two-year “Photographer as Storyteller” course. His work also includes meditation and embodied practice, music, teaching and performance—different instruments for paying attention to what a system leaves out.
